Evvys Banquet 2011

The Evvys Banquet was a dinner and awards show produced in conjunction with The 30th Annual Evvy Awards. The night is structured around a series of awards presented to the student body of Emerson College. Students receiving Evvys at the Banquet are in fields of photography, marketing communications, writing, literature, and publishing.

The event was co-produced by The Evvy Awards and EmEvents. Our clients were looking for a simple design reflecting the honor and distinction of The Evvy Awards. We worked closely with EmEvents to ensure that table linens, flower arrangements, room washes, and templates all had a similar feel. Uplighting around the perimeter columns and both a template and color wash filled the room for the exciting night. A podium and video screen were at the forward of the room allowing the attendees a prime view of all award reception. The event turned out to be elegant and enjoyable.
